This Vehicle starts without boost, It has been cranked periodically throughout the time it has been in the impound lot. The vehicle drives and runs and is in top condition. Fully loaded, all power windows, locks, and seats work. Running Boards automatically retract as they should. Mirrors auto adjust to surroundings.

All property is offered for sale “AS IS, WHERE IS.” (Seller) makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. All sales are final.

If the item(s) is not picked up within ten (10) business days from the auction closure, a storage fee of $10 per day will be applied. All storage charges must be paid in full at the time of pick-up at the impound facility. If the storage fees exceed the winning bid, the item(s) will be declared abandoned and re-auctioned without exception.

This vehicle was seized in 2022, by the Lexington Police Department. It has been sitting in impound and is being Sold AS IS \ WHERE IS. It runs and drives as it should.

Car Fax Report will not be provided on this vehicle by the Lexington Police Department.
