2007 Monaco Knight, 8.3L L6 DIESEL.

Unit has automatic transmission and has a clean title. Unit has 1 bedroom and 1 full bath and 1 half bath.. Unit is 40' 10" long.

Unit was brought in through transportation. Drove from Philidelphia, PA to Cookeville, TN. Has been stored for several months. Customer has asked us to sell in lieu of charges. We have the title in house and it will be transferred to winning bidder. We do not give out reserves. We highly encourage an onsite visit. We have not inspected unit . Things we do know are. The unit drives as it should. All of the slides work as they should. We have not tried the generator or any of the water or sewage units. Tires all are in good condition and are roadworthy. All lights inside work inside. We drove it almost 700 miles one way with no issues. Unit does have towing capabilities. All units are sold as-is where is.

Unit starts with a jump and moves forwards and backwards under its own power. Unit was brought in through towing as Abandoned, No payment due to mechanical or towing bill. No other history is available. UNIT WILL HAVE A CLEAN TITLE UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED. No other mechanical information is available since we do not inspect vehicles. The unit is offsite and we are not able to take pictures or inspect units further. WE DO NOT GIVE OUT RESERVES. ALL UNITS MUST BE PICKED UP WITHIN THE 10 day window that govdeals specifies. Titles could take 7-30 days or more after payment release date.

There will be no racing of engines or stalling of engines or transmissions. UNITS ARE SOLD AS-IS regardless of answered questions, emails, or phone conversations. AS-IS means AS-IS. No pay or default bidders will be blocked from purchasing on our units as well as be charged the appropriate fees through Gov Deals. We do not have the capacity or ability to help load (unless specified) any units. Any units not picked up within 10 business days will be subject to a $45.00 per day storage fee
