BULKHEADS: Four (4) FRP bulkheads. No cracks or chafing sighted. DECK: Molded FRP with non-skid BULWARKS: No bulwarks, open deck BILGES: Oily, dirty and full of water SEACOCKS: All accessible seacocks were rusty, corroded and inoperable. All were in the open position. CONDITION: The hull was in good condition especially for its age and service. Minor cracks and blistering were apparent but no evidence of improper repair.
